organic objects
These forms are no longer rigid and straight. The lines curve slightly but smooth. The edges are still completed accurately but there is no stiffness to the object. The forms have a more direct assemblance to natural forms. This is Simon Hof´s most recent work.

2015pitfired object the coloured layers are produced by the long and slow burning fire in the pit.
4 sided leaf-form

This object was created together with the 3-sided object "Leaf 1" .
It has 4 sides but reminds nevertheless of a leaf, especially when placed together with "Leaf 1" which has green as additional colour. Both pieces where sold together and moved to France.

Because of the smooth, living form and the green colour it reminds of a leaf. "Leaf 1" & "Leaf 2" where sold together and moved to France.
